Taking the roommate plunge in the next week – for two months, at least. A good friend is coming to do a course in the city so my second room will be occupied (and she’ll be helping me with the rent). Bit of a plunge but I’m looking forward to not having to scrimp and save and watch every penny.
I want to thin out the things in my house and feel like I ought to be going through closets and tossing out old clothes, but I’m always hesitant to get rid of things because I never know a) when I might need them and b) when I’ll feel like going shopping. Tried to pick out some new jeans the other day but felt too blobby and tired to really give anything any consideration.
Watching Hurly’s appearance on Jimmy Fallon and he just made a crack about how nobody’s petting the pigs in the petting zoo.
